Catching Waves

Faux Suede Shirt Dress: Direct Link \ Takota Khaki Bandana: Direct Link \ Khaki Gladiator Sandals:Direct Link

This was such a fun and casual shoot on one of my favourite beaches in the world (La Baule) which was shot just over two weeks ago during my travels and yes the air situation just could not be tamed with that sea breeze.
This faux suede shirt dress which gives off total Pocahontas vibes was featured on Ireland AM and is from a new Irish website styleloft.ie

This day four weeks I will be setting off with a lot of bags (typical me) alongside my college friend to our new apartment in AUSTRIA where we will be living and studying for just about four months ekkkkkkkkkkk! I am so excited to document all of my travels.

Despite the fact, I love to travel and new adventures they most certainly test me when it comes to preparing for them especially when they involve a lot of planning. As I have mentioned before I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to some things in my life and as a result blog post, organising trips abroad etc. can involve a bit more planning than some might think. Lets just say packing my case doesn't involve me throwing a few things in and setting off.

To avoid unnecessary stress I decided to do sort all important documents, rent, flights etc. all before I announced it just because there was an element of uncertainty up until about two weeks ago.

To those of you who have only travelled a handful amount of times four months does sound like a lot and yes your right it isn't a few days on a plane and back but I felt this was the perfect time for me to test myself and go!
I don't like to talk about my personal life on Fashion Aid just because I like to keep some things separate but there are certain factors that do make this trip slightly more difficult in my head. Being away from my boyfriend, family, friends etc. wont be easy and I am sure there will be some days that aren't so great but that's a risk I am willing to take.

"Take risks! If you win, you will be happy, if you lose, you will be wise."

I honestly can not wait for what the rest of 2016 has in store.
